The flags just arrived. I am "speechless"... they are perfect. I do not know what your connection with the military might be but I have now served into my 38th year in the Army. This is the 12th unit I have led. I began my service as a Private in the Infantry in 1968. I am now a Colonel of Special Forces and this is the end of my active service. These flags will be a reminder of all the great Troops I have had the privilege and honor to lead. The Unit Colors are an almost sacred symbol representing every member of the outfit. Throughout history the Colors have been the Rallying Point of the unit and have been defended to the death by the Color Guard, as it was the ultimate disgrace to lose them. I cannot adequately express the personal meaning these flags have to me.

Kudos are in order for your staff and two of the best... Tom and Tina. Your product line came to my attention through Tom who is a super ambassador for your firm. He was knowledgeable and right on with respect to our needs. Tina, the voice at the other end of the phone couldn’t have been more helpful. She was informed and at the same time very articulate. Likewise, she was very receptive to several quick calls from me. Additionally when our fax machine broke, she took a course of action that got us rolling on the project. Two thumbs up go to your production team. The turn around time was exceptional and the craftsmanship was first rate. The bottom line – we received super service... a product of superior quality...and we paid significantly less than it would have cost at any other source.

I would highly recommend your product and more importantly, your people, to anyone.
