Appliqué (Sewn)

Our custom appliquéd flags and banners are individually sewn at our facility in Wisconsin and are made of 100% INVISTA SolarMax® Nylon for world class fabric strength and color retention. All are handcrafted and designed for outdoor or indoor use. Outdoor flags are finished with canvas heading and grommets or roped heading and thimbles depending on the size. Banners include backing and can be finished with either a pole sleeve or grommets. Table banners are also available to be constructed to your specifications. If you can imagine it, we can create it, from 12x18in to 30x50ft.

Inkjet Digital

High resolution inkJet digital flags and banners have a stunning 360-450 dpi. Our digital products are printed on Nylon and are perfect for outdoor use. This production method provides full ink penetration for two-sided flags (single-reverse - front reads correct, backside mirror image). With a minimum print quantity of only one, this may be the best custom flag choice for you.

Dye Sublimation

This high resolution dye sublimation printing process is near photographic quality. For indoor and outdoor use created at over 720 dpi. This high resolution printing process is recommended for photographic reproduction and art intensive flags and banners. These flags are printed one-sided and may be sewn together to create a two-sided double flag. Minimum print quantity is only one. Indoor banners can be printed on Satin, Nylon, or Poplin. Outdoor flags are printed on Nylon or a more open weave "Jet" fabric material. Our graphics department is here to help tackle all of your projects.
